    Question about Home Test

I would drink a 32oz gatorade if you choose dilution and void 2 times before the test. You cant go wrong with the QF.. It comes with a hand warmer that will activate in 30 minutes. This will keep your temperature steady at around 100 degrees for 5-6 hours. You can crouch it or I like to strap it to my inner thigh, with the heat pad away from the skin. This will give you double warming power on both sides of bottle. Its really nerve racking your first time.. I know from experience. But if you can stay calm and check your temperature before you pour it in the cup your golden. Temperature will be acceptable between the 90-100 degrees, but 96-98 will look less suspicious.

Another tip.. If your sample is too cool after you pour it in the cup, briskly rub your finger on your clothing and lightly hold it to the temp strip on the cup. If the sample is too hot then swirl and blow in the cup.
