Tar isn't necessarily what causes the cancer bro. Since Cannabis doesn't cause cancer, and it's smoke contains a fucktonne of tar, it's safe to say that while smoking tar with hunks of pot and thc in it isn't the best way to get high, it won't kill you.


It's the polonium 210 found on tobacco leaf that causes cancer from smoking.
