    Pot Size Question..

I know someone with 1 month old plants in 1 gallon pots. This person plans on budding in the 3.5 gallon pots.

Is it ok to go ahead and transplant to the 3.5 gallons now? Or does this person want to wait until it's closer to budding time before he uses the 3.5 gallon?

    Pot Size Question..

Well my friend says that your friend should wait until the amount of water the plants are taking in goes up. For example if you are giving them 120 ml a day and all of a sudden the plants starts needing 250ml a day then its time to transplant. My friend also says that your friend should make sure he does the transplant no matter what at least 3-7 days before the change to flower so you don't have to transplant during flower and cause the plants stress.
    Hope this helps

    Pot Size Question..

If they've been in 1 gal container since the beginning this would be a good time to transplant. Let them veg another week or so in bigger pots then flower. Bigger roots = bigger buds.

    Pot Size Question..

    How tall are they?

The Branches that support the fan leaves, are they still parallel to each other or are they staggered?

Do you have the room to let them grow bigger?

    Pot Size Question..

Doesn't matter how long they have been in the pots... I usually start mine in 5 inch peat pots, then when they are around 15 - 16 inches tall, I transplant into 5 gallon buckets, and when they get about 3 feet tall, I put them in the ground. I have 2 sensimillia plants that are in the ground that are 5 feet tall and have been flowering for a month(they were flowering when they were transplanted and it didnt hurt them a bit), and an Arjans Ultra Haze #1 that is almost ready to go in the ground, and a Afghani Hindu Kush plant that will be ready to go in the ground probably about the 4th of July.

    Pot Size Question..

youre not going to hurt the lil ladies by putting them in bigger pots. no issue there. its really about water conservation.
a small plant in a big pot is going to need alot more water than the same plant in a smaller pot.
if water usage is an issue, transplant later, if not, do it now. bigger the better i spoze, its going to be used anyway...

i started mine in 16oz plastic cups and after they were about 3-4 inches tall i put them in 5 gallon buckets
i just kept several one gallon jugs of water in stock.

and no need for the "friend" shannagins
    you are among friendlies

    rule of greenthumb...

for every foot of plant, thou shall have 1 gallon of container.
    and give yourself some leeway.

Your kidding, and looking to start a flame war, right?? Or are you really that ignorant??

No matter....you'll find out the hard way and be back in here whining about how unfair the laws are because you got busted for DUI and possession.

Its your life, and if you really want to spend a part of it in jail, then thats on you, but driving stoned puts others at risk.

BTW... answer a question for me.... If people drive sooooo much better stoned, then why is it that a positive drug test will get race car drivers BANNED FROM THE SPORT FOR LIFE??
