Will I pass? test in ~20 days

Hi, here is my situation.

I haven't smoked in ~8 months until May 8th where I had roughly 1/3 of a bowl.

I may have a UA test between the 23-30'th (maybe later). I have been exercising and drinking lots of water before/after exercise.

My question is, will I be able to pass the UA with almost 99% certainty by the time the test comes around? I am thinking because I had so little, and I have been trying to exercise/drink it out that it should be no problem. Am I correct?

If you were clean for 8 months and smoke once...you should be okay. If you want, drink some Gatorade before the test.

at test time you should be 15- 22 days out from a one time use, and while you likely won't be thc free, you should hopefully be below 50 ng

get a at least two home tests. sounds like you have time, so you can find them cheap on ebay (about $1.00 each). otherwise, a local pharmacy has them ($15 each)

test yourself 3-4 days before your test.

test your first void of the day. if you pass, drink only 20 oz. of gatorade 1.5 hours before the test, and no more in that 1.5 hours. 40 oz. total in the 3 hours before the test. no more, or you risk a negative dilute.

you can find adulterant strips at bigdetox.com - those will test for specific gravity and creatine, if you want to do that when you practice w/ the gatorade or dilution, whicheve you choose.

lay off exercise for 4-5 days before the test.


(and on your first void of the day, your line might not be super dark, just fyi, but as long as it is not ghost, you'll have a darker line with the 20oz of gatorade and should not come back dilute)

Dont worry, that is more than enough time to get clean and I think that you'll be fine. I've was clean then smoked, and passed a test like 5 days later but I have a high metabolism. Good Luck though :jointsmile:
