I have a tiny little 5 dollar bong that I got in costa rica one day. And I've been hearing a lot about putting water into it or something? Well before today, i've never heard about this. So could you guys, A) tell me if I should put water in my bong (after looking at the pic below) B) How much to put in (if I should at all) C)What does water do D)how to put it in (so it doesn't get the weed all soggy and ruined)
