Please Help With DWC WF Buckets

Just grabbed 2 8 pack Bucket Set ups My self 3 days ago. Just set them up I'm nervous that there is to much water coming out of the rings should I adjust Valves or Just leave them wide open. Right now I slowed them down to a slow steady Drip constant. I transplanted peat pellets into the Buckets the guy @ the Hydro store said no worries should the Drip be timed to go on for 15 off for 45??? I took them out of four inch pots and cleaned roots really good they are about 8-12 inches they seem to be OK. Everyone says if the system is not fully Recirculating that the buckets will be off with PH and the TDS but I checked all the buckets and they seem to be the same. When I get the Reservoir set I open the Last two pails for about 1 1/2 gallons each. Does that sound right?

Ok I only understood a smidgen of this....namely that you are using wf buckets and the rest ......????

Could you be a touch more specific.....like your actual stats including nutes, ph, age and size of plants etc....

Ps....I don't mean to be nasty....but honestly the only real question I understood at ALL was..."Does that sound right?"

Whats going on WH:thumbsup: Thanks for the help I seen your Bubbler posts. The Plants are 4 weeks old they were transfered from 4" pots there about 12" tall. I have washed all roots good. I've been feeding them nutes so I set Up all Buckets @ 6.0 PH PPM scheule is 1-1-1 With GH and is @ 1100 I add some Cal mag and Hydrozyme + B1. Should the Drip be constant or should it be on a timer? Thanks for the Input:jointsmile: I will post some pics of What I have in a few HRS...

So with the buckets dripping constant I will not get root rot or Over water? I'm new to the buckets but I've seen great results WH Thanks Herbie Please any input on watering would be appreciaed. I'm getting light green Leafs I think it may be from the stress of the transplant. I'm going to snap shots now.

WH you see that one that is yellowing? What can be causing that These systems are a little bit a pain in the ass with all the hoses to move around with each pot I cut them all short and will repl W/ Bigger cuts when necessary. Cal Mag Grow Mirco Bloom Hydrozyme PPM's 1100. The smaller ones are Church they seem to be delicate The greener ones are Train Wreck strong as the best of them... Just hope no Herms

So as far as I know waterfarms are meant to be run 24/7, not timed. Also, what do you mean by fast drip, or slow drip? The farms come with a pump that does all of the action, I don't think you have a drip rate control.

Thanks Herbie you are right about the 24 Hr watering. The pump has valves which can regulate the pressure to the pots. Everyone's opinion seems to be the same just drown them Hydrotone has a great run off.:jointsmile::jointsmile:
