what about in a dwc/WF set up where you have a drip and an airstone. I was planning on running the drip and airstone for 30 min every hour and a half at night, and 30 min on 30 min off during lighting hours. I wanted to do 15 on 15 off for daylight, and 15 on 45 min off for night, but cant find a timer with that low of settings.

a DWC res needs to be aerated 24\7, even with a drip set-up.

It depends on the temperature. Try to maintain 80-82 degrees at the canopy, with no more than a 15 degree drop at night, preferably no more than 10. If you can't get your temps to a respectable level without the fan at night, you'll need to use the fan. I have no ventilation at night in my mother, veg, or flower sections unless the temp is above 70 (using an atmospheric controller). I know people say this is wrong, but I've been getting lots of good weed for years. Consider though that my humidity stays at around 30. If you have high humidity it may be a different story.

I gradually change to bloom nutes over 2 feedings, once I change the light schedule. Bloom nutes are important if you want some good buds.
