yo! for my cab I used white paint and then asked at the grow shop if they had any scrap, got a perfect piece for $10 of the double-dimpled shiny. On my other side of the cab, I've gone with the reflective metal tape on top of white paint, not sure if its an improvement from the plain paint, but it was worth a shot.

I read the el cheapo lighting sticky and I've decided for my first grow that I will take "psteve's" advice and use the clamp lamp with four cfl's. In the post he mentions a reflector for this setup but never elaborates more on it. Has anyone had any success with a homespun reflector for this setup? Does anyone have any ideas? BTW, my dimensions for the box are 2' wide by 2' deep. Rating: 5
