    dilution tips.

I'm currently on probation and have a UA on the 13th. I'm a heavy smoker and have only stopped a few days before. I plan on diluting my urine but my last test also came up as diluted. I need some advice on what to take prior to the test to avoid it being obvious i diluted my urine. I know creatine is one and i've started to load that. What else can i do to make it not look diluted? thanks.

I don't think you can pass with dilution. You have 5 days and have been clean for 2-3 prior to today? Have you considered substitution with QF? Or is your probation officer going to observe you?

If you're on probation its probably a good idea to quit till your done. None of the detox kits are reliable and getting a negative dillute isn't good.

ya i know this now but unfortunately it's too late. However I'm confident I'll pass even though I've been smoking heavily.

I'm going to start loading creatine today and i plan on doing the dilution method only ill be using certo and strip nc [a cleaner]. What I'd like to know is how they determine a diluted result? I know creatine is one so I'm loading on that. Also someones mention gravity and ph level anyone have anymore information on that and what i can do to make it no look diluted. Thanks

as far as substitution not possible as someone stands behind me while i piss with my pants down. . . . I'm confident I'll be able to dilute the problem is my last one came up as an adulterant used.

The Gatorade will help with specific gravity. Everything you need to know is in the dilution sticky. No point in using the certo or the strip nc, there just waste of your money.

yes I know the strip might not do anything but it's good reassurance. It's felony probation so i can't fail it. The dilution thread is good I've read it many times however it doesn't talk about specific gravity, pH levels, and creatine much. Just the basics. However i read somewhere rolaids help with gravity.

Everything in that sticky will balance your specific gravity, ph, and creatine levels for your UA. The aspirin will help to fool certain kinds of tests, but its not necessary. If you follow this method to a T you will have a better chance of passing your UA. If the strip gives you piece of mind then use it but its a waste of your money because there is no magic potion in it that will save you.
