What is your humidity? Yellowing of lower leaves is usually lack of nitrogen which your plant in veg will be using. You might want to read some feed schedules on this site or go to Botanicare's web site. 2 weeks is way too long, you should be feeding every other water. Also you may want to check out Foxfarms feed schedule, as they have an every other water sched. Good Luck!
