He smoked a blunt with me last night, and I currently feel guilty for inviting him over when he has a drug test next month. He exercises quite regularly (runs +4 miles every day), so I'm wondering if this would help get it out of his system. I read that for infrequent smokers it is out in 3 days to a week, but I just wanted some confirmation. Rating: 5
