Thank you for the responses. Thank you especially, elton, for sharing about your condition. I can't imagine how difficult that must be. I know when I am sea-sick it is like the worst feeling *ever*.

I'm curious as to how much you "dose" yourself with to control your nausea from the Diabetic Neuropathic Gastro Paresis. I have seen studies on the effectiveness of THC for this sort of thing, and one in particular used a dosage of between 5 and 15 mg THC. That seemed awfully low to me since I think a joint can have up to 200 mg of THC. I suspect some of the studies used as little THC as possible in order to avoid "stoned" side effects, and I'm wondering if the anti-nausea effect would be even greater if the patient was willing to get a little "stoned" with a higher dose of THC.

So, how much do you find works the best for you? Like an average "cigarette" type joint, or less, or more? Or is it just a matter of "the more stoned I am, the less nauseous I am."

Also, if you take a "dose" are you good for the day, or do you receive the anti-nausea effect only as long as you are "high" so to speak?

Thanks again for sharing.
