so just to be clear, kazaa lite resurrection isn't just kazaa lite right?

the way I understand it, Kazaa had adware, so some people make a stripped downm version called Kazaa-lite, but they got in legal trouble or something so it got shut down, so some people made kazaa lite resurrection, which is the same thing, i believe. I stopped using it because all the songs i ever dl were fucked up. I now use Bearshare Lite, which rules absolute ass.

I went to sign up for bearshare, and it said something about "billing information" so I quit.

btw guys, WINmx has spyware too. (at least mine did, not totally sure if it was genuin)

If you downloaded Shareaza and it was bundled with spyware than you got it from the wrong place.
It is entirely open source, there were some websites that were trying to sell the software even though it is free.

hey guys, I've been trying to find a filing sharing network (You know, like kazaa, that sort of thing), but everything seems to be pay only . I've lost all faith in Kazaa because it has nothing on it anymore, my e-mule has everything on "waiting" for 3 days, it just NEVER actually downloads it, and sharazaa has spyware on it. any suggestions? thanks everyone.

Shareaza doesnt have a spyware it's an open source program.

Try bittorrent the best P2P ever created n fastest too!
or try exeem a lot easier version of bittorrent it's a little buggy though.

bearshare kicks ass i regurly have my downloads totaling a third of my network bandwidth, consedering im supposed to be sharing it with 4 other ppl u can see why i love it
