Please help! - A few questions (creatine, QF temps, etc.)
1:You shouldn't be watched. 50ng cutoff for thc
2:I would just take the recommended dose on creatine.Its not that critical.
3:Shouldn't need the heat pad. Nuke for about 10 seconds. Try and get it near the 100 and you'll be good for a few hours.Kepp the pad with you in case it takes longer than anticpated. If you get in the room and its a little low rub your thumb briskly on your pants and hold your thumb on the temp strip for a few seconds.
4:You can space the gatorade out a little. You just want to urinate 3 or 4 times before the UA.

I am taking a test this Saturday morning (05.11.08) and I plan on going in with QF locked and loaded but want to dillute just in case. I am 6' 0" or so and weigh 165-170lbs with an average to above average metabolism (daily smoker). I will be clean after 12 days and have been dieting and exercising for the past week. I am VERY nervous. You know the drill: I have already given my two weeks and cannot afford to not fail this test, literally. I am nervous as hell. I have a few Rating: 5
