Who's name would you put on a lease to protect yourself if you could have anyone's name on it? I have a friend who is currently renting from a friend and we were going to draw up a lease to try to protect "Friends" and name it with someone Else's info. What do you believe the best way to handle this situation would be? Please no BatMan or Tommy Chong's there not allowed we already thought about it.. LOL
