Test Tomorrow - Dillution Help Needed!

This is my current situation, I have my test tomorrow at 3PM for a pre-employment screening. I am 5'9'' and 140 lbs. I have been clean for a total of 10 days as of right now, and did the exercising and sauna thing for the first week of being clean. I am planning on using the dillution method and have a couple questions. My B12 is 250mcg, which is listed as 4167% daily value. I should only need to take one of these prior to testing, right? My other question is regarding creatine levels. I have been taking between 5g and 10g of creatine a day for the past three days, should I take any tomorrow prior to the test? One last thing, on my B12 bottle it says Vitamin B12(as cyanocobalamin) in the Supplement Facts. Is there anything to worry about here? Thanks for any advice and all the incredibly useful information I have found on this board.

Read the dilution sticky thoroughly... Its not B12 its B2 or B complex. You will be safe taking the creatine right up to test time. I would substitute gatorade for water to help with specific gravity. Just read the sticky and follow it to a T, everything you need to know is right there.

I have read the dilution sticky and I see a lot of different things on B12 and B complex. It says in numerous places that B12 can be used, but after doing a test run today, my pee is definitely still 100% clear. Guess I'l go pick up some B2.
