Drug Test question please help!!!

Im 19 years old and Im 6'1 about 180 pounds. The last time I smoked was was friday may 2nd and I have been smoking for about a year and a half about 3-6 times a week. I have to take a drug test around the end of may and was wondering what yall think. I have reserched the subject pretty well and think that i have an idea about wheather i can pass it or not but would like some ideas. I have considered using a friends pee and using other detox products but I am unsure weather i want to take the risk. Do you think if i work out and drink a lot of fluids for the next couple weeks ill be ok or should i do more?

You might have a good chance. Don't bother to drink lots of fluids now,just drink enough to stay hydrated with your exercising. Eat a high fiber diet or pickup some metamucil. I would pickup a couple test strips and test yourself in a couple weeks to see how you're doing.

hey thanks, um just wondering do the detox drinks actually work?
Im a little confused about the whole dilution thing. They wont take your pee unless its yellow? Also if i take metamucil do i need to be on a high fiber diet or can i just eat like i normally do.

I think we only get about a 50% pass rate her on the detox drinks. Money is better spent on synthetic urine.
They will accept your pee no matter what the color. It isn't up the drug tech to not take it. When they test the sample it will be tested for ph,creatine and specific gravity.
The metamucil will help all on its own.

thanks, I more question how much metamucal should a take on a daily basis?

I think just the recommended daily amount on the bottle should work fine.
