HELP ME WITH COOL TUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever possible be sure to use the smooth, actual ducting material available at home depot and hardware stores. It comes in 4 foot lengths and you can cut it with a hack saw or reciprocating saw. Also be sure to keep bends or elbows to a minimum since they too increase drag. A filter on the intake will increase the life of the fan, but will require a slightly bigger fan.
If at all possible be sure to overbuild in the ventilation department, so you don't have to tear apart your wall and start over like I did. There are formulas on the web to figure out exactly what you need for what you want, but I think most people just wing it. If interested search HVAC.
