i would say, based on my limited experience and some extensive reading, that those are called 'seedlings', now seedlings just don't need that much light, in fact, just putting them on a tray under the window and out of the direct sunlight would be great. try to remember that they are BABIES, you don't treat your babies like you would mature ladies.
also, Simon's idea about moving into a better home is a good one, although, if you can get it, Panda plastic would be better than emergency blankets, it's white on the inside and black on the outside and if you do it right, it will be light proof. also, if you do make the move, you will need to make sure and add some ventilation in the new box.

(especially bordom children of and stinkyattic) Thanks for the great ideas So i decided to build a rubbermaid unit like bordom childeren of rubbermaid box design with just a few changes. (for veg and flowering) right now it has 6 cfl at 26w a piece and they are all 6500k (box stay at about 76-80 degrees f with Humity around 40-55%) but it is already 95f outside and humidity is at Rating: 5
