50 ng, 20ng, 15 ng pre emp UA - thoughts and experiences
I honestly think your going to be ok, the dark lines are a good sign. Keep up your workout schedule and fiber intake. Then a few days before the test just be lazy. Make sure you load up on creatine 48 hours before the test and substitute gatorade for water in your dilution. I wish you the best of luck and be sure to let us know your results.
