That makes very little sense, seeing that the author of the article talks about Semetic languages in the article, but gives the English words and translations of the words in question. The most widely used Semetic languages were Arabic, Aramaic, Hebrew, and Phoenician. The article is merely semantics, and poorly argued at that. The English language is only about 1,000 years old, which would make it's interpretations of biblical words meaningless in the context of the argument.

Sorry to take the wind out of your sails, but 'Allah' is merely the Arabic version of Allahu, which translates into "supreme being." "Allah" is just the Arabic/Islamic translation for the word for "God."
