Time for 12/12 , little hash plant bushes :)

Hey all , thanks for the replys

Plants are about 14 - 24 " IN HEIGHT, but a few would be about 4' without the lst

Its strange, definatly 2 very different grow patterns. 2 Are long and branchy. 3 are Short and FAT. One has calyx stacked like 8 high , look like crazy little bud fingers coming out of the top colas...never seen that before...one is going DARK purple and all kinds of crazy colors on the sugar leaves..anyways

smoke so far is good, hits you in the head pretty hard , but leaves you with a smile on your face ...and thats just off some pre-me bottom buds ive been picking,.. the good buds are pretty tric'd up now.

I have only 2 weeks left to compleate this grow, and be out.:thumbsup:


So heres my big question.

option 1
only a few days left of light, and then on to 36hours dark and choppy chop, hang for a week and be done

or , option 2
on lights for another week and 1/2 , 24 hours dark and then chop and brown bag dry, and out the door.

open to opinions :hippy:

I got throught the vedge with a bit of LST and a lot of training. They ve grown into these insane little bushes . They're only about 12" but just cramed full of nodes. This is my first indoor grow, so Im going to need all the help I can get. Ive already gotten all the knowledge I have from this site :) We're just one week in to 12/12 now. 5 confirmed females / 4 males have already been pulled, and one plant left to show Rating: 5

Drying curing is becoming an interest of mine, as my plant nears her end days. I, like you, am open to options at this point. Since it sounds like your plants are really beginning to show their trichs, I'd be interested in leaving them in flower a bit longer, such as set forth in your option 2. I just read in Shov's July 4th thread about the 36 hours of darkness prior to harvest, and think I will employ this method, so I would combine that part of your option 1 with your option 2. I think I'm also going with the hang to dry for a bit, then to the paper bags, then to glass jars to burp the remaining moisture out.

So, as far as your request for opinions, I would draw some from both options, and add the glass jars for final curing - but, such opinion is not based upon actual experience, so I'm certain you'll want to wait for additional input.

Well the big move came along faster then I thought So Harvest happened, after 36 hours dark.

I would have LOVED to leave them another week, maybe more, but always next time. Gotta know when to hold 'n fold :jointsmile:

Anyways, No #'s or pics yet, but soon.

AS-WELL I discovered that 1 of the plants is actually a strain called Diablo indica. She's the one that went all crazy colors on me.

The HP's smell of heavy fuel, the Diablo smells more citrus.

Thanks all, I'll try and get some pics of the harvest once they are all dryed and pretty

Most of this grow is going away to friends and family. I give most to my father, he has ALOT of daily chronic pain, Framing houses for 45 years 'll do that to a man , and my brother who deals with pacriatitis on a daily basis.

BUT I'll be keeping a bit of the select :jointsmile:

As well, what turned out to be the Indica Diablo, ...well I pulled about 10 seeds out of her ,... one branch got hit with the hermi pollen i guess.

So I've got Hash plant / Diablo indica getting ready for my next grow. Going to set up a little hydro cabinet I think , sounds like fun

Thanks for all the kind words and help in this grow to everyone, Im suprized they made it, and looks like its going to be some quality smoke too, Im hoping for 8 oz dry, but think thats a bit optimistic. :jointsmile: not to bad for my first though :hippy:
