help,stretching?

okay so i cant start seedling indoor. this is my first year growing. although i have a vast knowledge of drugs from over the past 7 years. I started my plants outside under a 1800 watt outdoor light used to illluminate the outside of hotels. But idk if its the right kind of light or not. my seeds germinated fine and my plants are already 2 inches high at week two with only about 5 hours of light every day. I am puting them in the ground in 3 days but im worried they stretched out to bad because the lack of arificial and real sunlight. these plants will be outdoor i have been starting my seeds with this meathod. ANY ADVICE greatly appriciated.

you need more light. seedling/veg/clone needs 18-24hrs of light to be correct.
1800 watts is 2x more watts than most closet growers
theres nothing wrong with stretching, it can be genetics or it can be distance of light from seedling and its stretching for the light/sun.
you should be fine
