thank you, Fencewalker. i think they tend to vote on these bills in the summer. i think they usually try to attach an ammendment to an appropriations bill or something. I think it was Congressman Henchy of New York who introduced the bills and ammendments in '05 and '06 to just simply stop funding for the dea, which i think works well, too.

Congress created the dea, Congress can reign them in. I personally believe the dea must be, in no uncertain terms, legally bound to respect the States medical cannabis regulations. this is the best solution, I personally think. Waiting for the executive branch to reschedule just ain't workin out. :twocents:
