I was an avid daily smoker for about year where i would smoke from an eighth to a quarter of headies every week. I am 5' 11'', weighing about 150 lbs (i've lost about 8 - 10 lbs in the last couple weeks at the gym). Last year i was in the similar situation and passed a test at the 30 day mark with only drinking about a 32 oz gatorade before the test.
