You might want to find a good hidden spot outside for them if you can. The sun is the Ultimate grow light... nothing compares. If you can't do that then get a 600wHPS. depending on where you go you are goingto have to pay about $250 -$400 for a good HPS system. I suggest Sun system or Cooltubes. Are you growing from seed?

no its just regualr bag seed. but i dont have that much money to invest, how much would a whole set up cost for the 9 plants that i have? maybe those cheaper lights i read about....

For 9 plants You'll need at the very least 10 of the bigger 42w CFL (they say like 250w equivilent or somethign). Honestly you'd need more but then you'd be better off to just buy a HID. Just get 5 light clamps, 5 Y-socket adapters and 10 42w (2500k (orange)). That will run you about $100. Growing inside ins't cheap...
