whats wrong with my babies?

i just started a new grow about 2 weeks ago the 4 seedlings have been growing under 24 hours of light for a little over a week and a half now.about three days ago all the plants first set of leaves started curling down pretty bad now their all curled up and one plant has brown spots like nute burn but havnt even fed them anything yet,another has almost a purple hue in the leaves,and another has the new leaves coming out are kindof brown looking,it stays between 76 and 80 degrees constantly,good air intake and exhaust.they are in canadian peat and perlite so i have no clue what is wrong,been growing a while now but this is the first time this has happened and also if anyone could give me a good cheap soil mix that is great for seedlings i would really appreciate it cause i think thats the problem with my babies,and this is the first time i used straight peat and perlite for starting seedlings and dont think its very good cause they look like shit right now.again if anyone can help me out i would greatly appreciate it.thanks peeps.

sounds like overwatering but not sure with out all need info
