Cheapest place for Feminized seeds?

waaaaay back in the day i ordered 20 feminized northern lights #2 seeds from seedbay 1.0 for 20 bucks, what the hell happened to those kind of smokin deals?

best i can find is like 45 for some strains i really dont care for in the rhino site, all the quallity strains that are feminized are like 100 bucks.

and no, i dont care if they are actualy from the original breeder, i know i should care but im not rich enough to justify paying 100 bucks for ten plant seeds.

sorry it was 10 seeds. stuff is probably more expensive cause seedbay isnt located in canada anymore and the exchange rate is horrable between the dollar and the pound.
