    can someone please help..

im runing 2 flood and drain tabels one for veg with 400 watt light and one for flower with 1000 watt light im just in veg stage about 15 days, plants are about 6 to 8 inchs tall 18 hrs on 6 off,ppm 850 and ph 5.7 im running my water pump 15 min on and 45 off for every hour the light is on. my question is...my plants look great and green when pump runs but when they sit during the 6 hour cycle of off time, the middle of the plants are light green, should i run my bed a little different on my cycles.

I don't understand how you tell the color of the "middle" of your plants when the lights are off.

I've got a similar problem then too, when the lights are off my plants are black!

You gotta post up pics; new growth is usually lighter green than older growth, especially during the 'stretch' period before bud-set, but a certain PATTERN of light green indicates iron deficiency or lockout, so you should fill out the troubleshooting form and put up pics so we can try to figure out if it's NORMAL paleness or you have a problem to correct.
