Well, the type of probabion program I am enrolled is quite lenient due to the fact that it was my first offense. I have not been drug tested since I began the program, and I was never formally assigned a PO.

However, they could toss that curve ball at me during the final court visit.

Granny, thank you very much for the answer. I greatly appreciate it.
HabitMan Reviewed by HabitMan on . DEJ, Background Checks, and MMJ. Hello. I am new to the forum and I have a few questions I'd like to have answered. First, I am currently under a DEJ program with the court for a drug related offense a few years back. As it stands, I am about 3 months away from completeing my probation period for the program. Now, my first question is: can a judge see any changes made to my personal record upon my return to court? In other words, if I were to obtain a MMJ card, would this pose any problems for me once I return to court? Rating: 5
