I wouldnt be worried that a judge would find out about a recomendation, but take into consideration that you may be drug tested at the end of your probation period depending on the seriousness of you drug offense.

First, I am currently under a DEJ program with the court for a drug related offense a few years back. As it stands, I am about 3 months away from completeing my probation period for the program. Now, my first question is: can a judge see any changes made to my personal record upon my return to court?
