Looks like it just grew back the skin, not the bone. So regenerating a full limb is still far off. Maybe pork chop bone dust will work.

Santa yeah i think your right but bone can rebuild itself so it would be a matter of getting the bone to grow back what was lost then growing soft tissue around the bone.Other species can regrow new limbs so i think one day we will be able too....
