Oh sheesh, yeah 95 is so hot that actually metabolic processes break down and you will lose chlorophyll out of the leaves!!! Even if it means swapping out your light for a smaller one until the weather cools, you have to get it down below 90, it's just a definite!!! Do you have ANY more fans you can use to get stale hot air out of there?
A pyr fogger is the way to go with a severe mite problem like that but remember to follow the directions on the bottle about how long to wait before harvest. If I were you, I'd bomb a couple times right away to knock the population way back, and make sure you allow 2-3 weeks between last bombing and harvest. Then when the room is empty, bomb a couple more times. In fact, if you can bomb your whole apartment before you attempt another plant, that would not be a bad idea. That's a REALLY bad mite problem, one of the worst I've ever seen, and it's the temps that are casuing that population explosion. Mites hate cold, damp, and wind. Add lots of wind, and drop your temps. Apply a light mist of SMC leaf wash or Bang! since it is too late in the grow to use neem without leaving a bitter taste.
