Would it depend on the drug you test positive for?

Any experiences?
You will never get the authorities involved when you fail a UA because the lab is not permitted to release any medical records to anybody without your written consent. there is an organization called HIPPA (health insurance portability and privacy act) which insures that your medical records are confidential. if they even mentioned the slightest information regarding your medical records HIPPA would fine the company $100,000.00.

I always get pissed when people think their DR. is gonna rat them out because of a failed UA. the doctor is the last person who has any legal authority because of HIPPA.
