Not sure what the blood test will be good for. You have to fast for atleast 8 hours for it to be any good for testing blood sugar or liver function.
The QF will work fine. Doesn't matter whether they send it off or not. Its undetectable from the real deal.
It will only take a couple days for both the UA and blood test to come back. Drug metabolites can only be detected in blood for 2 or 3 days.
Relax and continue to practice with the QF. It will be your safest way and if for some reason you can't pull it off at the UA it sounds like your own urine maybe getting clean so be sure and follow the dillution sticky the morning of the UA.
