They usually start the raid prior to opening, they break in, enter the clinic, steal everything including meds, cash, donation jars, anything they want that's not bolted down, in Corona, they also vandalized security cameras by just smashing them, both inside and out. Funny thing is they are so fucking retarded they left some hash and misc things in the display cases of the clinic! It's basically a strong arm tactic, I am sure they feel that clinic operators are operating in the gray area so they can too. I dunno, but it's fucking retarded and definately makes them look like shit. Not what you would expect from one of the supposed most respectable highest law enforcement arms of the land. I should have taken pictures, maybe someone did or has of other clinics. I believe that they are also just logging all the evidence confiscated and will likely continue to accumulate evidence for future indictments. Once they have hit a clinic x number of times and have a sum total of x, then they will likely file charges, which is one reason they don't always charge someone. The other being more related to where the clinic is, i.e. L.A. county, no one gets charged out there. It's all politics really. Too bad they can't go after meth producers and distributors with the same determination. But they are lazy, and it's much easier to break in, steal the cash and try to demoralize anyone involved as well as attempt to strain the resources of the people involved as well. It amounts to them trying to bully people involved, it's pretty fucking pathetic and I bet most of them know it.
