CFL T5 or 150 HPS Help

Ok so I have 2- 24inch t-5 lamps. all together its 4 bulbs. I have the blooming bulbs that i ordered extra that they claim will be better then the normal grow lights. my question is, would it be better if i flower using a 150 watt hps instead of the t-5? (i can air cool the fixture to keep the temp down) i dont want to have a crappy harvest. I grow in a home box xs that is 4 feet tall by 2 feet wide. please help.

My Lamps were boughten at High Tech Garden Supply the 150 watt lamp im thinking of buying is the FloraLux 150 HPS

you should get a 250 watter in there and put those t5's in the sides
