    You really want to avoid any type of time-release fert in your soil, especially in flower, because they aren't suited for flowering cannabis. There's way too much N in them, and it supresses the flower response. But your plant looks hungry now, and rootbound. Time to flush and pot up to a larger pot, except that you only have 2-3 weeks left of flower. So I'd flush, feed with a complete bloom fert, and take copious notes for next time. Your final flush period will begin when you see the trichs mostly cloudy.

    Thanks..i dint use any fertilizer this time but will avoid the continuous release fert in the future.
