Yellow Dots

Hi, my plant is getting yellow dots on the leaves. Its not spider mites, i think it might be the soil or nitrogen deficiency but i'm not sure. They are in their 8th day into flowering. What is causing the dots? Also their's little white hairs coming out, does it look like its doing good?

How recent was the last transplant?
What is the pH of your nute solution? Have you ever tested the pH of the runoff?
What is the specific type/brand of soil?
You will want to go up to a 5 gallon pot in a couple weeks, because that plant is still going to grow significantly.

Thanks. The last and only transplant was 8 days ago but i switched soil too, i was using miracle grow and switched to an organic soil. I haven't tested the PH cause i don't have a ph tester. It might be the soil since it was doing fine with the other soil, don't you think?

Actually, I'll bet that the problem was that your plant was totally ready for a transplant and you are only just seeing the symptoms of a drop in pH in that old soil now. Since I'm guessing that plant did not double in size in 8 days, there's no way it WASN'T pot bound, and the slight downcurl of the leaf edges on that closeup agree with that.
Keep an eye on it to see if it gets worse in the next couple days, and make sure that you are watering with a fert solution that is in the correct pH range.
What brand of potting soil is that?
An easy rule to follow is, if you don't check your pH regularly, at least use a medium that is predictable, and pot up every 6 weeks. I am not a huge fan of peat-based (most are) potting soils, but one good thing is that they are always stabilized with lime at the factory, and you can expect them to behave the same way every time, as long as your water doesn't totally suck.

Yeah i might of been that. Now the yellow dots seemed to stopped appearing but now the tips of the leafs curl and the top goes droopy like it needs water. I give them 600 ml of water once a day . Its on the 16 day of flowering and it still hasn't developed any buds or anything, Is there anything wrong with that????

Let me start by saying that is a beautiful plant.
What are you feeding it for a bloom fert?
It is going to need one more re-pot probably sometime next week. Those tips are a sign of impending rootbond-ness.
Try also giving MORE water LESS frequently, with a good complete bloom fertilizer.
Check for light leaks and make sure that you are not giving too much nitrogen, both of which inhibit bud-set.
Does it show any hairs at all yet? Usually you will see flowers by the second week.

Thanks for the complement on my plant! Yeah i think your right but what would happen if i don't re pot? There is some light leaking in since i have the sedlings above with a flourecent light, ima put some dark foil to cover them. It has some white hairs but they havent grown since they first appeared 5 days ago.

You have no choice but to completely cover the light leaks. Otherwise you are going to get hermies, slow ripening, and other problems.
Just keep an eye on your plants. If they get even more droopy edged, you really will want to re-pot. If they start showing weird splotches and burns, the soil chemistry is going to shit and you'll be flushing. Keep us updated. There's a drop-dead point like, yeah you AHVE to repot NOW but you aren't there or even close haha.

I believe this is the same problem I'm having. Slow ripening due to light leaks. I'm going to go ahead and build my new cabinet this weekend to move the plants into a completely light sealed room. Luckily though I've not had any hermies. :thumbsup:

Seal your light leaks the first time. It's worth the extra work that it takes.

The plant is on its 6 week of flowering. It looks like 25% of the hairs are brown but the buds themselves aren't big for being in week 6. Also almost all the leaves have turned yellow and the tips burned. How much more till harvest?? Also is a time release fertilizer for up to 3 months any good? Thanks
