Ultimate Tea recipe: help me make a guide!

Allright, I'm trying to make a thread with the ultimate weed tea recipe to teach myself and others how to make this great tea:stoned:.

    The following must be considered:
Anything can be used except butter or alcohol.
    Specific instructions please!
    Maximum THC activation/absorption

Anyway! From what I understand, a good method is...

-Get one part water/one part cream boiling on the stove with 0.5g-1g of ground herb inside for 15-20minutes

-Pour into a mug, let cool, and drink everything (including the ground herb) or save it for later.

-Wait an hour or so for effects to begin.

    -------------------------------
Again, I'm not totally sure on this recipe, so I'm asking for help to perfect this.

    Thanks!

Well... to maximize the potency of the tea, the weed must be decarboxilated first. It is needed to convert all the THCA (which does not get you high) to THC (which gets you high). Freshly harvested, homegrown, low-grade, and not properly cured weed contains a lot of THCA, and decarboxilating it ensures a complete use of its stoning potential.

To do it, just wrap tightly the weed with tinfoil, and put it into the oven at 325F (or into a sandwich maker) for some 15 minutes.
After it, the weed becomes dry, crunchy, and with the maximum amount of THC in it.

BTW, this process also can be used to decarboxilate weed before smoking it. The difference of the high is noticeable... sometimes VERY noticeable... :stoned::abduct:

ya it almost sounds like a quick recipe.. one that works without using a large quantity of bud:jointsmile: just a couple quick questions..

    1. will this stink my house out, because i am using stinky weed

    2. anyone have a smoke report/taste, high smell

    3. (worth a try rather than making a new thread) are my seedlings good in 10*c weather outdoors or should i bring them in for the night ?

I would like to add a small smoke report, Yes this method works, however it can make your weed a tad harsher than usual.

Coelho your method of decarboxilization sounds pretty interesting....my question to you sir is if I was to say stick a 1/4 of bud in the oven for 15 minutes at 325F, would I have to smoke it straight after to feel the added effects, or can I leave it lying around for a couple of days, and still feel the added effects say a couple of days after I heat it in the oven?

I'm pretty sure you can use it right away.

Well... the increase in the effects wont diminish (noticeably) with the time... so you can decarboxilate your bud today, and smoke it whenever you wish... of course, if you store it for MUCH time (several months) there will be a small loss of potency... but for small amounts of time (days), its unnoticeable.
