the temp is going up and down between 65 and 76 at night, i know a flux of 10 up or down is ok but is it cool to be 70+ at night?

I'm using MG potting soil, i know its not "The best" but its what i got. the plant is about 2 weeks old, i don't know true sprouting date because my friend gave it to me. :D i have bought a "soil" Ph tester the one with the big metal prongs. so no more Ph days! i also bought pulverized lime stone for a Ph up and agriculturial sulfur for a Ph down.
