What about UNDER watering? And how is the drainage in those cups? How many holes are in them and how did you make the holes?

However, I can't think of anything else that this problem would be and I don't think its over watering because I only water them once every 3 days or so. It seems to be growing just fine, takes nutes w/o burning (although it was recently a bit N deficient).
