Buddies Plant of Mystery

ok....buddy of mine, new to growing....(he is making an account here now as we speak, I am posting the thread since he cant do pics yet...) has had this plant under a blue shade 120w horticulture bulb....he now has it under these CFLs... has been flowering for a month...he was told it was big bud, but it looks like a wacked out sativa to me....almost like malawi or something...
anyway....can you guys tell if this plant is lacking? too airy?...i told him i dont think those CFLs will do maybe some 26w sunlight CFLs?.....opinions please!!!

That leaf set looks identical to a line that the locals (southern VT) run outdoors. The way that plant holds all its blades in the same direction is similar.

would you agree its probably a LONG running sativa? It was a gift clone, from someone who didnt know what it was...go figure...
