groovy-glass.com has 18 inch bongs for only 70 bucks, and they're glass, color changing, thick walled etc. really high quality. you should go for one of those instead, and you would still have almost enough for an oz.

It is $270 Shipped to me (USA) from the UK I believe, and is 18in Tall, the perfect size I wanted, and fits perfect where I wan't to hide it. It also comes with a ice catcher.
