I've never noticed any damage, when I used to roll I would usually wait at least a week or two in between. It isn't the kind of drug you can do everyday anyways...your brain would deplete all of its serotonin and you just wouldn't get effects anymore.

Dehydration is really only a risk if you were to be say going to a rave where it would be hot and you would be dancing or putting yourself through some kind of physical activity where you would sweat a lot, just keep a powerade or gatorade around to sip on every now and then. Have some gum too, you may experience jaw grinding and tension which the gum will greatly help relieve...except the next day your jaw may be sore from chewing gum so much so slow it down a bit if you can.
Look at flashing lights, listen to music, talk with friends, play with animals, go for a walk...there are many fun things to do rolling, public places can be especially fun. Don't worry so much about others knowing you're on drugs, ecstasy really doesn't "fuck you up" so to speak, you're completely aware of everything going on around you and should be able to control yourself just fine. I don't generally like tobacco products, but cigarettes are amazing on ecstasy, if you smoke watch out...the entire pack could be gone before you come down. Which brings me to the come down, which depends on the quality of your pills, frequency of use and individual reaction though the first times you roll the come down should be pretty gentle. You may find yourself unable to sleep until 5-6 in the morning though even long after you come down. Smoking a couple bowls can help even you out as well as taking 5HTP supplements (available at CVS) or melotonin. I always smoke weed with my ecstasy, it is better to wait until after you start comming up and get the feel of it and the mental freedom...then its nice to smoke a blunt or two.
Really the only words I could use to describe this experience are "holy...fuck..."

Why don't you guys try some K? Its alot easier to take and you get better effects. Two lines of K and I am fucked for around 5 hours (Seems like 5 days). Rating: 5
