what is on the troubleshooting form?

hydrocannabis Reviewed by hydrocannabis on 04-29-2008. why does my plant look like this. the water ph seems to be around 5.8-6.0 but the plant still looks bad to me. she is a clone from my last dank plant. and she is under 1 floro light and 1 white cfl light. so I must still be doing something wrong. thanks for UR help on this.
