Well, you saved them! They look a million times better. Fish emulsion is primarily a N supplement but it has another neat property- there's lots of calcium phosphate in the bones that get crushed up in the processing, and there's a good chance that it has also helped to stabilize your pH. You still will want to find a 'complete' fertilizer that has micronutes in it as your base fert.
I like Ott lights. You might want to add more light now, even plain ol cfls or tube flouros, but those things are exceptional for cloning when the time comes.
