how do i fix these
alright... these seeds have been growing for three days.I know that the light is insufficiant because of the lankyness,but what do i do to fix them...nothing..or do i do something to brace them?

If you're really worried about them falling over or breaking you could gently tie them against a bamboo skewer shoved through your rock wool (It looks like rockwool in those pics).
Get a small fan on low on those seedlings to help beef up the stalk a little.
The lankyness issue can be resolved at transplant. No biggie :thumbsup:

probably should of mentioned that its hydro.. with a drip stake ..in 2 inch plastic net cups,and im probaly going to move it to the cups with the drip stakes, and hook it up to the system either today or tommorow.

looks like You are using floresent lights? get it to about an inch from the leaves, put a fan on them, on low, may have to stake them as the above post said. keep the light about an inch away, if it is a floresent, will keep them shorter and stalkier. if not floresent.......................dont put them that close to the plant!!!
