I think the most common reason for slow flowering is light leaks, are you 100% sure that there's no light getting into the the grow room in the dark periods? Cold temps can also cause slow growth. What are yours like?

Well this one i dont think i caused at least... My problem(at this moment) is this, i have a bunch of White Widow on their 35th day of flower and they are about 3-4 ft tall and very skinny. The buds look like every other plant i have seen at about two weeks in bloom. The diameter of what is supposed to be the colas are about, literally, maybe just a centimeter wide.
