I know because it is way to soon for me to be posting in the "Plant Problems" forum AGAIN. argggghhh!

Well this one i dont think i caused at least...

My problem(at this moment) is this, i have a bunch of White Widow on their 35th day of flower and they are about 3-4 ft tall and very skinny. The buds look like every other plant i have seen at about two weeks in bloom. The diameter of what is supposed to be the colas are about, literally, maybe just a centimeter wide. Something is not right. These plants have grown vigorously in all manner except flower producing. I have not seen this particular version of WW flower so i think maybe i got a bunk strain. The leaves are a nice green, with a hint of a pointing towards the lights...celebratory. But needless to say i am not.
I am running two 600 w HPS's on them, about 1 1/2 feet above them and i am concerned at this point about the electricity i am using. I did not know it was possible for the plants to look so healthy and then throw off extremely tiny fragile AIRY buds.
I met the guy through the Bay AREA classifieds (C.L) and received a few honorable strains. This is not one of them.
I'll try to post pics tomorrow.
Should i toss them out and start over?
